Hi all,

Here is the update on Nicholas for this week.

1. Nicholas has increased his oxygen sprinting to 8 hours per day. According to Dr. Schochet, he can increase to 12 hours per day when he ready.

2. Nicholas continues to nibble and taste his food daily. We have tried cereal with grape juice and plan on trying peaches and such this week.

3. Nicholas improves each week in his development and therapies.

4. Nicholas has been able to leave his room and travel about the house while on his oxygen. The whole family watched Veggie Tales today on TV.

Alex will be traveling again to Chicago next week. It has been nice having him at home since late Jan. I would say it has been an adventure considering that he flooded the entire house, we had to move out for almost a month, and we had to install a new tile floor throughout the downstairs. My life is always an adventure with Alex and Nicky. What will we ever do in the future?
