Hi All! Hope everyone had a GREAT Christmas and New Year. Nicholas was able to see 3 Great Grandparents, 6 Grandparents, a few Great Great Aunts and Uncles, and some Great Aunts and Uncles over the holiday break. Nicholas is working hard to eat eat eat. I think that he does better at his sippy cup, but who is to say. We have a long way to go! He is working on his standing for long periods of time while playing with his Leap Frog Table and other toys. Hopefully, he will be standing all by himself on his birthday. Speaking of birthdays, we decided that this year, Nicholas is going to have a Birthday party. We aren't big Birthday party types, but hey, he is doing really well and this year we will bend the rules!! haha Alex will be in town for a few months working in the Irving area. It will be really nice to have him at home again at night. On average, he travels 9-10 months out of the year, and he is normally home on weekends only. My grocery bill certainly did go up last week. I am still staying home with Munchkin. We keep a pretty rigid schedule day to day. I am going to make him an organizer just like me. I am keeping with how I was raised, three toys out max...if you are done with one...but it back and you may have another...I have learned that it helps to keep toys picked up and stored properly. I can recall that all my Barbie's clothes and shoes had their own plastic zip lock storage bag keeper. Thanks Mom !!! haha In all seriousness, Nicholas is doing really well. We are very pleased with his sudden progress in physical development. We are very thankful to God for his good work and patience. Much love Alex Terah and Nicholas |
