Nicholas continues to improve daily. We had a bit of a set back this week as he developed some little cold. However, as he grows, his immune system grows stronger. We will go back to CPAP as soon as the antibiotics run their course...which is through Tuesday. It is too stressful to make him work while he is sick. At least, we don't have to start at square one. He should be back on six hours of CPAP per day on Wednesday.
Please continue to lift up the families of the late astronauts who died heroes today.
As Alex and I discussed it this morning, how we remembered the space ship explosion from 1986. We can both recall where we were and what grade we were in at school.
Please continue to pray specifically for Nicholas's lungs and health. We have come so far and yet we have so far to go in order to get off this silly vent and trach.
