Hi all !!

Another week of August has just zoomed by...

Nicholas is doing FANTASTIC ! He is really doing well with his sitting and rolling. Nicholas has learned that if he rolls back and forth he can move around his room. Alex and I will have to put the stair gates on soon. I don't imagine Nicholas will be rolling that far from his room, but you can't put things past his little mind.

His oxygen flow is finally coming down. He can tolerate no oxygen for spurts during the day and night, but we generally keep him on 1/4 to 1/8 of oxygen in order to make him happy and pink. He tires quickly with no oxygen, so Alex and I have no problems giving him exactly what he needs.

Feedings are still very slow. He will eat and drink from his sippy cup, but he finds that it is more fun to play with his hands, feet, toys, and look at the ceiling fan instead of concentrating on his mission. Oh well...it will come. We get about 30 minutes of food down him, and then we lose his attention.

Thanks to all of the posts and comments during his dedication. It was GREAT. The whole church cried with happiness last Sunday. It was a great day had by all.

Check out the new pictures...Nicholas has become a picture ham !
