Hello everyone, its been a while since I have updated the website (Terah normally does it) As you can see I have given it quite a face-lift. Please check out all the buttons and explore the site. Please give any feedback by pressing the "Guestbook" button.

Nick has been doing really great. He has been completely off the ventilator for almost 4 weeks now. We went to see Dr. Shochet on Tuesday and he was so excited with how well Nick was doing that he is ready to get the trach out. We scheduled an appointment to meet with the doctor that will be removing the trach.

Terah and I are very worried right now, we know God is in control but yet we still worry that something will go wrong and it won't happen. We are worried that they will want him to be able to eat before getting it out. Or that they will find something in his trachea that will prevent us from going forward. Please be in prayer that we will finally be able to get this done. Terah and I both desire so desperately to have this done, we have not had the joy of being able to hear are son laugh, cry, or talk except on rare occasions when we are giving him his breathing treatment.

Love,
Alex, Terah, and Nicholas
